HOURS OF OPERATION:

Amenities are accessible to our members during the hours of 7am-11pm.

*No Lifeguard On Duty*

*Children under the age of fourteen (14) are not permitted to use the swimming pool facilities unless accompanied and supervised by an adult*

PARTY RESERVATIONS:

Parties must register in advance to be guaranteed a table. To register, the homeowner shall complete the reservation form and place it in the HOA mailbox along with payment ($30/2 tables & $60/4 tables). On the reservation form you must request executive use of the gas grill and/or mini refrigerator. Payment is still required if a homeowner hosts an impromptu party and shall submit payment within two days of the gathering.

KEYED ENTRY:

The pool/pavilion area and tennis courts are key entry access with numbered tag. Replacement keys maybe purchased for $25. The amenities facilities are re-keyed each year. In person, amenity key distribution occurs the first week of May, prior to pool season. To arrange a late key pickup contact the Treasurer. Please note that urgent appointments/requests may not be possible to fulfill due to the volunteer's/Treasurer's schedule.

MAINTENANCE & UP-KEEP:

Routine maintenance and up-keep of the amenities areas, entrance and areas throughout the community are continually monitored. Please contact us if you have any concern.

FINES ASSOCIATED WITH OFFENSES ON HOA MAINTAINED GROUNDS:

The HOA has established a list of fines and/or suspensions for offenses that take place on Associated maintained ground(s). Please refer to the document provided for the complete fine and suspension structure.

PARKING:

The amenities parking lot is solely reserved for members and their guests. Overnight and short term parking is not allowed unless approved by the Board (parking permits must be clearly displayed). NO long term parking is permitted. Towing services provided by Ingram Towing & Impound Service.
